• All original tags remain attached.
• The original packaging is included.
• You have received return approval from our support team.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a return.

How to Request a Return

2. Provide your order details. Include your order number and explain why you would like to return the item.
3. Wait for approval. Our team will provide instructions if your return is approved.
4. Send the item back. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Please do not ship your return before receiving approval and instructions from our team.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return, and our support team will clarify the applicable arrangements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging so our team can review your request.
